Santiva Technologies aims to provide flexible and transparent cancellation terms for its training and service offerings.
Training Course Cancellation by Learner
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
- If cancellation is requested 7 days or more before course start date, up to 90% of the course fee may be refunded.
- If cancellation is requested 3 to 6 days before course start date, up to 50% of the course fee may be refunded.
- If cancellation is requested less than 3 days before the course start date, no refund may be issued.
- No refund will be applicable once course access, recordings, downloadable materials, or LMS credentials have been provided, unless otherwise stated.
Rescheduling
- A learner may request a one-time batch transfer or rescheduling, subject to seat availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made before the course starts.
- Administrative charges may apply.
Corporate Training Cancellation
For corporate or custom training engagements:
- Cancellation terms will be governed by the signed proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
- Any non-refundable planning, resource allocation, or trainer booking costs may be charged.
Cancellation by Santiva Technologies
Santiva Technologies reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program due to insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen events. In such cases, learners may be offered:
- A replacement batch
- Credit for a future course
- A refund as applicable
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Registration fees
- Third-party exam vouchers
- Downloadable materials already shared
- Completed training sessions
- Special discounted or promotional offers, where specified
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking or payment partner timelines.
